ASF hosting Soldier On program at Camp Massawippi August 6th to 9th, 2010

Valcartier soldiers are coming to Camp Massawippi for a weekend of adaptive summer sports August 6th to 9th, 2010. The CF personnel will be taught adaptive water skiing, sailing, kayaking and canoeing; as well as, be introduced to our two new paralympic sports offered at the camp: Boccia and Archery.  This initiative encourages the participation of family members with the soldiers and integrates well with the objective of the Soldier On program: to reach out to injured soldiers and to become involved in sports as a proven way of rehabilitation.
